Our Pizza Blend is heavy on texture and compliments most pasta and pizza based dishes. It is deceptively aromatic, with a slight kick of spice. There is a bit of garlic and onion but is does not over power the pallet at all. There is a subtle smoky sweetness on the backend that compliments the herbaceous toasted nutty flavor on the front end.
